Everything was very good, hard-working staff, fab location right by the centre of the town and Betws-y-coed and the cotswold shop. They gave us a suite with a fan, A/C, for example. Unique base for a short break: D

Magical staff and food, the hotel itself was spotless. The bonus was smart room decor and huge bar. I loved the simply amazing area. The beach nearby was beautiful and the view was impressive. Had a really nice stay and would stay here again.

It was spotless, staff was efficient. Walking distance to the tidy beach. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. The continental breakfast was hot: pastries and fresh bread. Smooth check in and late check out. Plus their wifi was fine.

The bed was comfortable & the staff there were excellent. We stayed in a lodge room with heating, television and a sitting area. It was easy walk to Betws-y-Coed city centre. We really enjoyed food and location.

We liked royal oak. We were happy to find Y Stablau 500 m away, where we could eat. So close to swallow falls waterfall, 5 minutes' walk to Betws y Coed train station. We could visit zip world fforest, which was 15 minutes on foot.

Location was stunning, just 10 minutes to betws y coed train station by walking. The breakfast had plenty of food and it was satisfying. Great tourist spots like alison bradley gallery were not far from this hotel...
